We know that choosing an attorney to assist with legal planning is an important decision. We realize that it helps to hear from other people whom we have helped in the past. The clients identified below have been kind enough to share some of their experiences.
We include first names only to respect and protect their privacy. Most recent appear first.

Our family connected with Coulson Elder Law during a rough time. My mother’s health was deteriorating and we were all anxious about her health, financial stability, and protection of her assets. The more we researched, the more we realized that the topic was complicated, with risk for a novice in making uneducated decisions. Coulson Elder Law was an excellent partner in navigating the options and the process. In addition to the legal expertise, Wes Coulson was understanding, patient and personable throughout the process, which was greatly welcomed.

Wes Coulson has been the bright spot in a horrible process in getting my mom and her finances settled. She was 94 and fell. She went from her home, to the hospital, to rehab and then to long term care. While her estate was small and we thought it was set up correctly, we soon learned it was set up for her death but NOT for extended care.
Wes has been the kindest, most caring, and most helpful of all the professionals we have encountered along this journey. He actually asked us about my mom and how she was doing. That means so much to a caregiver! Everyone else just treated the process like it was a “widget” not a real person. In these situations, the primary caregiver is traumatized by the medical condition and the mental condition of their loved one. Then the horrid process of getting the person through the financing and Medicaid process is an emotional crisis that must be dealt with as well.
Wes was kind, calm, and even creative on how to solve the issues we encountered and was the wise calming person that helped us tremendously.

A close relative passed away without a will and we were the only beneficiaries. What followed was a frustrating year-and-a-half process of finding assets and negotiating some through probate For some we were listed as the beneficiary, but others required legal fees and long waits to resolve issues. We resolved not to put our heirs through this process.
We decided to set up a living trust to address this problem, and our daughter, who is a lawyer in another state, searched her sources to find an appropriate firm. Dent-Coulson Elder Law was her first choice and so we contacted them to begin setting up a living trust.
The whole process was well organized, clear, and responsive to our needs. Before our meeting we received a set of questionnaires that helped us understand and state our preferences. In our meeting with Wes everything was clearly and patiently explained, and all our questions were answered. The signing meeting was well organized, clearly explained, and went quickly. Later we received a complete set of documents, both hard copy and electronic. Best of all, it included a detailed list of instructions on what to do with each of our assets to complete the process.
We are very satisfied with the work and attention we received from Dent-Coulson Elder Law and have recommended it to our friends, who are facing the same choices.

I would like to thank the law firm of Dent-Coulson Elder Law LLC. Helping us when I had to put my wife into the Nursing Home it [is} not a simple process, you have to go there when you are dealing with medical and nursing home insurance. So if you are in this process I highly recommend this law firm to help you out.
Jim
Dent-Coulson Elder Law helped my family obtain VA benefits for my mother. We would not have been able to navigate this process without Wes’s help and expertise. Wes also served us as legal counsel in dealing with one of our siblings who wanted to be bought out. Wes’s guidance made this process more palatable.

They take a genuine interest in your personal circumstances and make sure their services are tailored to your specific needs. Wes Coulson and his team are dependable, trustworthy and responsive. I highly recommend Dent-Coulson Elder Law for any and all estate planning and resolution services.

My family utilized Coulson Law two times in the past several years. The first time was with my parents. My mother had to enter an extended care facility and my father was still living at home. The law firm guided us throughout the process with their preservation of their assets. They always kept in close contact with me, explained each step and what was needed besides continual follow up. I felt a close personal relationship with them during that time. So when it was time for my husband and myself to get our future plan in order nearing retirement I felt they were the best choice for us knowing how they handled my parents estate. Wes meets with his clients and explains thoroughly the process and his staff is excellent for following up and answering questions as you gather and obtain as I call it “my homework.” This is all the information needed to develop your Will Trust, or estate planning.
Sheri and Gene
A few years ago we [had] Dent-Coulson Elder Law draw up a trust for my husband and myself. That was before Covid19 pandemic, when we thought we would live forever! Now we realize that we would have to re-do the trusts to make sure that it works for us at this time. Wes answered a lot of questions, and we got something that we were very happy with.
We appreciate the time you had to revise our trusts.
Jacklyn
During an extremely difficult period of my life Dent-Coulson Elder Law was very helpful to my needs. They were friendly, kind, and understanding and efficient in getting my financial affairs in order.

When our parents were aging out of their home and the need arose for them to begin living in an assisted living facility to due to age related issues at the age of 88 and 83 our family struggle with the issues of affordability. From friends we were made aware of the VA benefits due those that served our country and their spouses as the needs arose during their lifetime. I have a friend that virtually spent one week of her life fighting to get these benefits for her father and it still took six months to begin getting payments. The thought of this type of struggle disheartened me until I spoke with a friend that had used an Elder Law Attorney to assist with this process.
We had any interview with Wes Coulson regarding these benefits in March of 2012 where my dad whom was a medic veteran of WWII fell ill and died and Dent-Coulson Elder Law had these survivor benefits arranged for my mother by the end of May 2012 with payments retro to March of that year. Yes, there were expenses for this work but this minimal compared to the comfort it brought my mother knowing that these additional funds were available for her comfort in her later years. My mother lived until December of 2019 and received over 20 times what the cost was for Dent-Coulson Elder Law to put everything in place plus the added value of preserving a most of the assets my parents strived to save during their lifetime in an irrevocable trust.
Should anyone question the value of using experienced professional to assist them and their parents during a time in their life when decisions are very important they need to be aware that not only will this be done correctly but this will also bring much peace of mind knowing that Wes has done this many years and will do a terrific job. Many thanks to Wes Coulson and their staff from myself and my siblings for their efforts on our behalf and their professionalism in completing this work in a timely manner.
Barbara
Attorney Coulson explained complicated legal issues, in a way that I could understand. His support staff were superb!
Wanda
I’m 78 years old and have a husband with Alzheimer’s. I was advised to get a elder lawyer Coulson was a name I was given. I’m so blessed for all the help from that office. I’ve always been treated so kindly without the girls and my lawyer I would have been lost. I would highly recommend them and have told people about him.
Bob and Jo
Bob and I want to let you know how much we appreciated the care, concern, and commitment with which Wes Coulson and you provided in the preparation of and follow up to our Estate Planning Portfolio. We especially appreciated how initial conversations were directed to cull out our family’s desires for the care of our special needs daughter beyond our lives. Wes thoroughly researched the impact of the 2019 Secure Act on estate planning, then carefully crafted language to ensure our needs and wants will be met.
I have personally followed the Dent-Coulson Elder Law minute videos and find them timely, relevant, and engaging. It is clear Wes wants to share his expertise with others so that we can make better decisions. His approach is so refreshing!
Again, thank you so much for helping us make long term decisions for our daughter and ourselves.
Carol
Wes and Heidi, Thank you so much for all your help guiding me through setting up a special needs trust for my brother. This needed to be done for a long time and now has certainly taken a weight off my mind. It is such a complex procedure. I had no idea. Thank you so much for answering all my questions and so I could understand everything. I have great confidence in you and full trust.
Christine
Wes and Heidi, Thank you so, so much for all your help getting my father’s affairs in order. You made an incredibly difficult situation possible to navigate. We could havenever sorted everything out without your guidance. You are both wonderful, thoughtful people. We appreciate your patience and we tell everyone how awesome Dent-Coulson Elder Law is.

I am very pleased to share my experience with Dent-Coulson Elder Law regarding the successful lengthy process of helping my mother achieve Medicaid status in Illinois. As an only child it was my responsibility and a daunting task to say the least. I also had a lot of help from my 89 year old dad.
Wes Coulson and his staff did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. Of particular note was his senior paralegal, Jyothi “Jo” Jayasimha. I worked most closely with her in obtaining all the required documents under Dent-Coulson Elder Law direction.
It was a much more complicated and bigger task than I ever imagined. They saved our family a lot of money, protected much of their small estate, and my dad’s income which is needed for him to live independently.
I would highly recommend Wes Coulson and his team to anyone in need.
Brian
I just wanted to thank you and your team for helping us go through the process of getting Nancy’s Medicaid approval. In the end, we were able to safeguard some of her assets. We knew that the monthly allowance that Medicaid allows for Nancy would not be enough to meet her basic needs and without your help, we would not have been able to legally accomplish our goal to make sure Nancy has all that she needs while at Cambridge. We knew the process would be difficult, stressful and frustrating at times to meet the state’s demands, but in the end, it was well worth the effort. Nancy is very happy at Cambridge and we believe that she has improved physically and emotionally since she started staying there.
Thank you so much – and as a sidenote, Nancy has completed her requirements and has been approved for another year’s worth of Medicaid benefits.
Robert
Wes Coulson and his team at Dent-Coulson Elder Law were a great help to me and my wife and in obtaining Medicaid status for her in Illinois. Her health deteriorated to us needing to place her in a nursing home which is quite costly. We did not have any long term health care insurance.
They explained ways I could protect most of my income and also much of our small estate that I did not know existed. I would not have been able to accomplish this without their professional help and knowledge, I was fortunate to also have help from our son in obtaining the required documents.
Dent-Coulson Elder Law was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.
Dora
It has been a long journey for my mother (Dora) to receive financial help from Medicaid. Even before Dora could file for eligibility and coverage with Medicaid, Wesley had to help me with a banking problem. Dora’s bank accounts were frozen and the bank did not recognize my Durable Power of Attorney and Custodianship. Wesley straighten the bank out to everyone’s satisfaction. Beside eligibility and coverage Wesley’s staff was able to set-up an “Asset Preservation Trust” account to further protect Dora’s funds. Their financial planning enables Dora’s funds to serve in her twilight years. It is a long “spend-down” during Dora’s penalty period with the Healthnet Divison of Missouri Department of Social Services. I sincerely appreciate the services from you and your staff.

I am a caregiver for my wife with Alzheimer’s. As a caregiver I realized how important it was to make health and financial preparations for what lies ahead of us. Therefore, I contacted the law firm of Dent-Coulson Elder Law LLC for their services of which I am well pleased
Ray
Years ago I decided that to put our financial things in order, I needed to put them in living trusts. I went to an attorney I knew, but I felt the fee for the trusts was a bit high, so I did some research, bought a book on the topic, and used forms from the book to establish the trusts.
Over the years, I have not been comfortable with those “do-it-yourself trusts. And serving as an executor in settling the estate of a relative taught me the need for professional help.
At the Dent-Coulson Elder Law firm we learned that the complexity on the trust process and the time involved for us and them, made the cost worthwhile. This not where you want to throw the penny at the dollar.
Henry and Leah
Dent-Coulson Elder Law has constructed a plan for what seemed to us a complex situation and spelled it out in such a way to give clear direction to our family at times of sickness and death. We are grateful for their knowledge and guidance.
Cindy
Thank you so much for your help with my sister Barbara as we work through all the details of her care she needs for Dementia. I was very impressed with your knowledge, professionalism, thoroughness and kindness! I have told several people that if they have a need for an elderly law attorney, I recommend you.
Howard and Darlene
Wes, thank you for being our trusted advisor on elder care. We appreciate the work you and your staff provided us during our estate planning process. We feel without your help we would have made several bad decisions.
Daniel
This is a note of my sincere appreciation for the excellent legal services provided to me and my family over the past several years, The good legal counsel, services and advice furnished by yourself and your associates at Dent-Coulson Elder Law has been highly valued and of great assistance and support during some very difficult times for my family. The probate proceedings haven’t always been easy or routine and I much appreciate your perseverance and strategy at key times enabling successful conclusions to my wife’s and daughter’s probates. Establishing my initial personal trust is a lasting legacy I will also appreciate.
I will not hesitate to engage your services again should the need arise, and I would not hesitate to provide a very positive referral for any future clients you may have.
Thank you again for all your legal services and friendship over the years, Wes, and best wishes for the future!
Tibor and Tammy
This process was more “busy” work than we thought. We were very pleased with the support of the office as we ran into road blocks. Everyone was very pleasant to work with, returned phone calls and emails promptly and was able to explain items in a way that we understood. As most people going through the process we did not understand what it entailed. We appreciate everything you all did for us.
Bob
I received your letter of December 13th today. During my business career over the last 40 years or so I have had the opportunity to deal with quite a few lawyers over various business matters. Most of them tend to make me a little nervous!! I must say I was almost immediately put at ease when discussing my arrangement options with Mr. Coulson. Since that initial meeting I have had the pleasure to speak and meet with Tiffany and Mike to put the final touch on my affairs. I must say it has been an overall pleasant experience. No pressure or rush to make decisions. I have recommended your law firm to a couple of my buddies and hope they find the experience with Coulson Law to be as rewarding as mine. I would like to wish everyone and very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Thank you again for your professional service.
David
I was referred to Wesley by a mutual business associate, who thought that there might be some value to be had in my speaking with him. During the initial phone call, and subsequent meeting, I was impressed by Wes’ broad knowledge of the field, and ability to explain rather difficult subjects coherently and completely. I left the meeting quite certain that my referring friend had hit the mark. I was working with my two siblings, who do not live in the area, to establish a Trust for our aging father. Simple explanations were needed, and given by the Coulson staff and, in many cases, Wesley himself. The establishment of the Trust itself, while straightforward, is not exactly self-explanatory. There were POA changes to be made, new choices within the will, establishment of Trustees, and a myriad of obstacles (all created by us, not Coulson) to be overcome. All of the issues were addressed promptly, efficiently, reasonably, and courteously by the folks at the Firm. I, my siblings, and my father were quite impressed with the way such a seemingly difficult process was streamlined, explained, and facilitated. If creating a lasting legal document can be called ‘enjoyable,’ then our experience was just that. We worked most closely with Kimberly Finnegan, who was more helpful than anyone could expect, and whose phone skills when talking to an over-eighty year old, technologically-challenged individual in a nursing home over a conference call were impressive to say the least. Additionally, all emails and messages were answered quickly, and directly. To wrap up, let’s mention Wesley Coulson himself. Should you have a need to call Dent-Coulson Elder Law, and decide to do so (and, personally, I think you should), you will almost certainly speak directly to Wes. He will take an interest in your situation, take into account your needs and concerns, and deliver a potential solution or not depending on what is RIGHT FOR YOU. Very refreshing, and I truly found the entire process fascinating, educational, pleasant, and (upon completion) truly satisfying. I don’t know if I would feel the same way had we used another firm, but I know I feel that way having used Coulson. If you are in the market for Elder Law service, I would strongly suggest giving Wes a call. Thank you.
JoAnn
The ideal attorney is one who is honest and forthright and one who also accomplishes what his client needs. I have found that in Dent-Coulson Elder Law. I have used Wes and his staff several times in the areas of wills, trusts, and Medicaid applications/approval. The Medicaid applications took a lot of time and effort on my part and theirs, but Dent-Coulson Elder Law gave me the assistance I needed to get my part of the process submitted. I couldn’t have done it without their help. They did a wonderful job in getting approval for both my late father and now, my mother. Their help was also invaluable in the area of protecting assets. In each case, the ultimate goal was accomplished. I will definitely use Dent-Coulson Elder Law for any future needs such as these.
Bob
Thank you for the opportunity to provide a short testimonial about the services you and your team provided to us on behalf of our mother. I daresay that she is in a much better position financially today as a result of your involvement. We appreciate your services and the care and attention without which we would have struggled to put the same together ourselves.
When we were trying to provide some protection and figure out how to extend the effectiveness of our 87-year old mother’s small estate, we called upon Dent-Coulson Elder Law to assist us. We could not have gotten as far and accomplished as much in as short a time as they were able to help us. Coulson’s team helped protect our mother’s assets, obtain a small pension from the VA, set up an annuity, and reduced the time to wait for Medicaid. Now, our mother’s estate is protected, her legal documents and desires are up-to-date, all financial commitments will be taken care of for a long time, and she’ll be able to enjoy the remaining years of her life without financial concerns. We appreciate all the help and advice that the Coulson team gave us as they walked us through the maze of elder care law. Their service was irrefutably top0-notch and I highly recommend them to anyone needing such expertise.
Nancy
My husband and I recently updated our living will and trust. We had an outdated version from years ago with a law firm in a different area than where we lived. We wanted to deal with someone in closer proximity. Our financial advisor recommended Dent-Coulson Elder Law firm. We found out that with the size of our estate (large or small) and Medicare age and not wanting the government to have any part of it, we needed to make changes. We were very pleased with the outcome. My parents taught us: do this before old in years and be completely forthcoming with assets. You decide where your estate goes and to whom. Very Important!
We hope this helps anyone on the fence.
Brad
I would like to take this time to thank you for handling my mother’s estate planning. With so much going on with her health care and physical problems, it was very assuring to have your firm handling the financial planning side of things. You did everything you said you would and in a timely fashion. I would recommend you to anyone that is in need of this type of assistance. Thank you.
Dennis & Pat
Thank you and Mike very much for your professional service. Setting up a trust is a large task, but your method of breaking it up into smaller portions and clearly explaining their significance, then guiding our decisions and overseeing our necessary tasks, made this process actually a learning experience. Patti and I now understand what a trust is, not just only how to set one up. We came to you because Patti’s parents were very well satisfied with your services and we want you to know so were we. Again, Thank You.
Richard
Wes Coulson has handled my Mother’s legal affairs throughout the latter stage of her life. He was most caring and knowledgeable during the implementation of her will and trust documents and was most gracious during the difficult time after her passing as we navigated the intricacies of her trust and estate. I had the upmost faith in his abilities and have entrusted my will and trust matters to his legal firm.
Jim & Cissy
We would like to take this opportunity to send our heart-felt thanks to you and the entire staff at Dent-Coulson Elder Law for helping us set up our trusts and medical directives late last year. As you know, we were moving from St. Louis to our new residence in Delaware, and CEL guided us throughout the complicated real estate titling transactions, bank transfers, and setting up our medical directives at a time when we were changing all of our care providers – 100%.
While we had so much going on for the logistics of the move and the buying/selling of houses, we rested assured that all the other activities mentioned above were made smoother by the guidance of you, Mike DeZern, and all the CEL Staffers behind the scenes. And that includes the special consultant, Ziggy!
David
My brother and I would like to thank you and your firm for all that you did for our mother.
My dad tried to preserve his estate by putting all his eggs into one basked by purchasing CD’s and putting all the family names on the CD’s. This was the advice given to him by a local attorney. As you already knew, and as we found out later, this was no way of protecting his estate. My mother ended up living in a nursing home for 7+ years!
Thanks to your guidance, we followed your advice and ended up preserving a bulk of dad’s estate. I am sure that had the money been left in the CD’s there would have been nothing left. It wouldn’t have taken long to go thru the money at $66,500 a year – the amount charged by the nursing home.
Many people believe that attorneys are over compensated for their work and maybe some are. However, the money spent at Dent-Coulson Elder Law was more than well spent. The money spent saved the bulk of his estate and for this we are grateful! Had dad contacted your firm sooner, we may have saved even more money. My brother and I were very lucky to have you and your firm save so much of his estate. As you know, at the time we contacted you, Illinois was in the process of going to a 5 year look back instead of 3 years.
Tal & Marianna
We wanted to thank you for everything you and your team (Jo and Mike) did for our mom and us.
When we met with you the first time we were only concerned with qualifying mom for VA assistance, but you were thinking long range to the time where mom might need more than VA assistance. And you were so right! You saw things in her finances that raised flags that we weren’t aware of.
With your help, and a lot of it, I might add, mom was not only able to qualify for VA assistance, receiving it for the past four years, but most recently qualified for Medicaid. A huge financial burden was lifted from our shoulders. Now we can focus on giving mom the care and love she deserves without having to worry that she would run out of money, and if she did, where it would have to come from. That’s a huge blessing to all of us.
Wes, it’s been an interesting journey. There was no way in the world we could have ever anticipated the problems we would run into, the work it involved and the legal assistance we would need. You guys were right there alongside of us the entire way.
Gary & Sandy
My husband and I chose Dent-Coulson Elder Law Firm by recommendation from our daughter, who had worked for them. She saw, first hand, their professionalism, concern and competence while serving their clients. We experienced the same level of service, as well as clear and patient explanations and attention which assured us that our decision to select Dent-Coulson Elder Law Firm for planning our trust was the correct one.
Jim & Audrey
Thanks so much for being our trusted advisor on the “Elder Care Journey”. We appreciate the work by you and your office staff to help us through the planning process and completion of our estate planning. We now feel more secure about our financial future.
Carol
We were more than happy with the services provided by your very capable team. Every person we encountered at your office from the receptionist to the attorneys were so courteous, kind, helpful, and very efficient. They all made us feel comfortable in a setting that makes us very nervous.
Denver
I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate your firm’s help and guidance in my mother’s case. The first step that the law group completed was a multi-page, detailed trust planning document. This plan would have been impossible for me to research, develop or complete in a timely manner without legal assistance. The plan detailed each step that my mother and I were to complete and how to accomplish each step consistent with Medicaid eligibility planning requirements. This plan was completed with an attorney overseeing each step to insure that all time requirements were strictly adhered to.
Following the comprehensive plan, my mother stayed at home for the next two years using all of her trust money to pay for in-home care. The trust paid for a home health care aid each day. However, my mother’s mobility continued to diminish with time and a nursing home was the only option remaining. Based on past work product and success, I asked attorney Coulson to assist us with our next step. Filing the Medicaid application to take over my mother’s care is a really long, complicated process. Even with my legal background, I could not have completed the process without help.
When looking at the overall situation and result, attorney Coulson’s law group fees were reasonable and the end result what I wanted to achieve. As always, my mother’s health and wellbeing were my primary concern.
Beverly
Wes, thank you! We appreciate all that you did for us.
Patty
Thank you so much for all the work you invested to help my father obtain his VA Pension. I had no idea there would be so much to do. Each of you were great to work with and showed the utmost concern for our family. If I had attempted to do this on my own, my Dad would not have his much-deserved pension today. The time invested was well worth it.
Rick
Once upon a time, I and my father had a problem, a problem so large and complex that it could be more than compared to driving in rush hour traffic in a strange town in the rain. For a year I traveled down many avenues. I spoke with Lawyers, Financial Advisors, VA, County, State, and Federal Advisors, friends, family, and their contacts. The roads led to nowhere. I mean, I was at square one after a year of stressful travels. Then, by happenstance, I found Dent-Coulson Elder Law who immediately took hold of the wheel and led me and my dad down a calculated, personal, prompt, and professional path to a VA Pension and Financial Security. Dent-Coulson Elder Law proved to help my dad in ways that no one had advised let alone thought of. This Firm’s expertise was heads above anyone I had spoken with.
If someone loves their father as I do, in a year’s time you will find yourself walking down many paths and driving many roads to try and find the means to an end Dent-Coulson Elder Law provided those means without hesitation. I will be eternally thankful to Dent-Coulson Elder Law. Thanks again Wes!
Valerie
I have found Dent-Coulson Elder Law to be a very caring, professional team. They were very helpful in getting all my mother’s paperwork in order. Dent-Coulson Elder Law walked me through the process, saving me a lot of time, stress, and legwork. They have always been prompt in returning my call with the needed answers. I would recommend Dent-Coulson Elder Law to anyone trying to organize the affairs of an aging parent.
Joe
Wes,
Thank you, your staff, and Kathy Wysack for your encouragement and help in making this happen. I must admit that I was surprised by the approval and the amount of the approval. I thought we would go through weeks of questions and need for additional information. I can now see the possibility of retirement within a year or so.
Again, Thank you to everyone for your help!
Darren
The time for future planning is not in the future. The time is now. You do not know me; however, I cannot stress the importance of doing this planning now. Too many people (my mother and myself included) wait until they are behind the eight ball. That is not to say that planning cannot be done, but rather why wait until a loved one or perhaps yourself is faced with having to do this planning when time is of the essence. Many people believe they have taken the steps and have their planning in order. With what I know now, I consider that the same as doing your own brain surgery. When I met with Wes to finalize things, he asked me “did we earn your money?”. I told him there was no doubt in my mind. I offered to write this letter with the intent that if it only helps one person to make a decision regarding planning, then it was well worth my time.
I would like to say that Dent-Coulson Elder Law was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. I hope that this letter may give you some comfort if you experience “sticker shock” and help to make your decision much easier. I hope you give Dent-Coulson Elder Law a chance to show you firsthand what planning they can do for you. If you do, I guarantee you will be writing one of these letters as well.
Jim
On behalf of my mother and family I would like to thank you for your efforts to insure a successful application for Mo HealthNet benefits. It is such a relief to have this behind us. I am confident your efforts led to the best possible results associated with the application.
Thanks again!
Sue
Thank you and all at Dent-Coulson Elder Law who in any way helped mother obtain the Veterans benefits to which she was entitled through dad’s WW II service. Although it was at times a tedious paper gathering process, I am glad that your staff completed the VA application at your office. I am certain that I would not have been able to fill out the application and I was grateful that your office skillfully completed it so that only mother’s signature was required.
Because she received the full VA award to which she was entitled, after a few months, your fee was recovered. Although the money for her care has been a Godsend, just as importantly, it has given her great peace of mind to know that her and dad’s life savings are not being depleted as rapidly as was happening before the VA award.
My mom, my siblings and I all thank you for this service.
