Hi, my name is Paige Fox and I am the newest senior associate here at Dent Coulson Elder Law. I have been practicing elder law for nine years now, and I am currently the president of Illinois NAELA, which is the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. And actually, that’s how I met Wes and Kaye from Dent Coulson Elder Law. And we have since then teamed up to provide elder law assistance and estate planning throughout the state of Illinois because I am currently working remotely from Elgin in Iowa and will be moving back to O’Fallon area sometime next year.
Because I grew up around the Highland area, Grantfork area. And so once I come back here, then I will be part time with Dent Coulson Elder Law in the O’Fallon office and also throughout southern Illinois and Northern Illinois. So that is a little bit about my background in elder law and estate planning. My favorite thing about elder law, I would say, is learning all the ins and outs and different ways to help individuals who are aging and individuals with disabilities in different ways that I really didn’t even know existed before getting into elder law. So specifically, things like doing Medicaid planning, asset preservation, estate planning documents, various things like that.
