We are an elder law firm and assist people with planning for their basic estate planning and really having a focus on disability planning. What happens between now and when you pass away since a lot of people can anticipate realistically they’re going to be disabled at some point.

A lot of people, a lot of us are going to have to apply for public benefits at some time. For a lot of people, that is going to be um end of life type of care, nursing home care, and a lot of that is going to be paid for through Medicaid benefits.
